Either it had fewer than 100 matched sales in the 12 months to June 2026 (too thin a sample to rank honestly), or it sits outside South East. The table shows the top 50 of 275 districts that qualified.

How current are these figures?

The whole dataset is rebuilt monthly from the current HM Land Registry release; this table covers sales in the 12 months to June 2026. Registrations lag sales by 2–8 weeks. The newest sales appear a month or two after completion.
