LL57 completes the top 50 at £2,250 per m². 83 districts in Wales qualified, counting only those with at least 100 matched sales in the window. The whole dataset is rebuilt monthly from the current HM Land Registry release; this table covers sales in the 12 months to August 2026. Registrations lag sales by 2–8 weeks. The newest sales appear a month or two after completion.
